Inayah’s cafe and restaurant: A pleasant place with good service and decent food

I visited Inayah’s cafe and restaurant for lunch and I liked the atmosphere and the service. They have indoor and outdoor sitting facilities, which is nice for different weather conditions. The waiter was friendly and smiling, and he took my order promptly.

I ordered a set menu for myself called “Roasted Garlic Chicken with sauteed vegetable and Rice”. I had an option to choose either from fried rice, Mexican rice and french fries. I chose the Mexican rice, which was flavorful and spicy. The sauteed vegetables were also very good, fresh and crunchy. The roasted garlic chicken, however, was a bit disappointing. It tasted more cheesy than garlicky. I think they could improve the chicken by adding more garlic and some sauce.

At the end of the meal, I ordered an iced coffee, which was just standard. Nothing special, but not bad either. It was a refreshing drink to end the lunch.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Inayah’s cafe and restaurant. It is a pleasant place with good service and decent food. We were waiting for 15 mins before someone came to us with the menus, and then when we ordered most of the items were not available. Then we ordered then the waiter said we've to wait for 40 minutes then he came after a while saying there were more items which we've ordered are not available as well. Then we ordered things that he said is available now. The food came after good 50 minutes. And the kebab was cold. We asked the waiter if we waited for 50 minutes we could hope for hot food then he took it away and he microwaved the kebab items. Which were dry afterwards. And overall food quality was really not worth it. They have a nice interior but the service and the food wasn't worth it. I'll skip it...

It’s a very nice looking restaurant, but the service is absolutely awful, they sat us down and left, no drinks order. I had to call over a waiter to place my order, but he came across very moody. He took the order, 20 min later still no drink let alone the food. So asked, waiter reply’s what was your drink? Like wth. Anyway he brought the drink over.

So we called over the head waiter, even he was very moody. I asked for the food he replied it takes time, then said 5 min, so I waited 5 min and walked out. I told my cousin to pay for the drinks, but the manager charged him the full price.
