I cannot express enough how much I enjoyed the fries I had in BARZ.
I ordered a pink bun chicken burger at BRAZ and it was amazing. The choice of a schnitzel instead of a chicken breast for the burger surprises first, but it gives it place to a delicious taste of a handmade burger with a unique Kentucky powder. The burger contains fresh onions finely chopped pickles, lettuce and tomato. The combination was delicious and completely to the point. A nice touch was the taste of the black sesame seasoning on the bun.
While the burger was delicious, it was nothing compared to the best fries I have ever had in my life. It might be a very simple idea but the delicate cuts on the potatoes (see the picture) allowed for extra crispy taste.

Beautifully decorated and designed concept, from the sliding terrace window, to interior lighting, even the bathroom Reminds me of American gastro pubs. Tuna steak on the nicoise salad was overcooked, and the cocktail list is unimaginative, but the rest of the dining experience was very nice. Meest onbeleefde zaak waar ik ook geweest ben!! Bediening echt onbeleefd en zo'n gezichten trekken, was echt niet gepast! Bij binnenkomen direct naar boven gegaan om te kijken voor plaats. Ter alle duidelijkheid niemand beneden van bediening had gevraagd te wachten. Boven plaats gevonden. Komt serveerster afruimen en trekt zo' n gezicht en met de vraag of we beneden toestemming gekregen hadden. Ik antwoord "neen" , staat ook nergens aangeduid te wachten! De serveerster was vervolgens zo onbeleefd, echt over de grens. Bijgevolg gewoon de zaak verlaten. Ik gaf haar nog de opmerking dat haar gedrag echt ongepast was en dat ze misschien ergens moeten uithangen met de vraag te wachten tot iemand je plaats toewijst.
