Gisteren gaan eten in deze zaak: voor het meisje met zwarte hoofddoek die de ‘bediening’ deed: basisprincipes van op restaurant gaan: bediening gebeurt door het personeel, door u dus, en niet door de klanten. Als het de bedoeling is dat de klanten met hun eigen borden moeten sleuren, waren ze wel thuis gebleven en ook niet als ze vragen om iets in te pakken. Je bent niet geschikt om in een horeca zaak te werken en maakt deze zaak gewoon belachelijk. Misschien toch even een cursus volgen van hoe je met klanten moet omgaan want je bakt er letterlijk niks van en nog te maar te zwijgen over je ongemanierde houding en...
