J'ai enfin pu découvrir le restaurant NouS à Assesse. Discret, presque caché, il se trouve dans une maison sur la nationale 4. À l'intérieur, on oublie le bruit de la circulation, la salle est chaleureuse et joliment décorée sur le thème des oiseaux. 🦚 Il y est facile de tenir une conversation.

Dès les mises en bouche, l'explosion de saveurs est au rendez-vous et mon choix d'un menu végétarien est respecté (si vous aimez la viande ou les produits de la mer, rassurez-vous, il y en a pour vous aussi !). Le cocktail maison avec son émulsion de mangue est un délice.
