Saint Mary - Edwardo — Restaurant in Balen

We arrived at a nearby camp site late in the evening and driving around in our very old camper van we found this place and were pleasantly surprised to find the staff very friendly and the food delicious, they even made our 6 year old daughter’s pizza in a heart shape which blew her away, she’s just finished it cold for the next day’s lunch!! They were just closing when we got there (9pm) but were more than happy to offer to cook us something to take away (were used to eating later in the evening in Cyprus but it seems here everything closed very early) Well worth a visit if you’re in the area...

We gathered old friends, who we didn't see in 17 years, and Saint Mary - Edwardo was the perfect choice to be spending this magical time at!

Mélange des cuisines étonnantes... Propose des tajines avec de la sauce tomate et du fromage gratiné (à l'italienne bizarre). Les pizzas sont plutôt bonnes mais sans plus. J'ai aimé l'assortiment de sauces offert au début du repas, c'est très sympa ! Les pâtes sont grossières et presque moins bonnes que si vous les faites à la maison. Le stationnement est facile et gratuit. Bref, c'est un restaurant qui dépanne quand vraiment il n'y a pas d'autres solutions mais je ne le recommanderais...
