This place is by far one of my favorite eating experiences places in Belgium. The building is from the 1500s and was part of a paper factory that ran from that time until the 2nd World War. They keep the theme unique with old paper milling tools decorating the walls. The guy who runs the restaurant is a very cool and hospitable person. I came here with some local brewer friends, and he took very good care of us. He's a beer enthusiast and talked to me quite a bit about local beer. Lastly, the food was superb. I ordered the beef stew, and my friends ordered the steak, which comes from a local farm. Both were great.
