De Goedendag — Restaurant in Bruges

We had booked a night stay in half board (breakfast and dinner). Our room (no. 4) was comfortable with A/C, Dolce Gusto coffeemaker, minibar, and large bathroom with a good shower, bathrobes, etc. However, the filling of the down comforter was bunched up which made the bedding lumpy in some areas and too thin in others. No problem in the summer, but probably a little cold in winter. Something to look after!||Dinner at the restaurant was excellent and plentyful, as were the wines that were included in the 'deal'. We have been to this restaurant already a couple of times, and were satisfied each time. They have a set menu at 36 euro, for an aperitif, about 8 choices as starter and approx 8 choices as main course + a dessert. For some of the choices, there is an additional cost of a few euro.||With the aperitif, they serve an appetizer with 4 items, which were very good. As starter we took the scalops (very good too) and we had sole as main course: again very good.
