Delicious dishes and good wine as always. Now (May 2024) there is no set menu so we ordered à la carte. Impressive sauces in different dishes as usual. The Chef pasta has very good taste with tomato cream sauce. My dish is pintadeau (Guinea fowl) with white asparagus. They tastes very well in the cream sauce with crusty croquettes😋. The strawberry dessert is very refreshing (good sour taste) and we love it. The wine from Puglia is very good. We took the menu gibier and it was simply delicious: duo de terrines, biche cointreau - airelles, gâteau au chocolat.
