Best ice cream I have ever eaten in Belgium!! Not only they have very friendly staff but they also serve very nice and different flavors which felt so fresh and new after all other boring ice cream shops which sell only very common flavors.

The orangette flavor is a must-have! For those who prefer more traditional flavors, the pistachio flavor is very well prepared with pistachio pieces.

The shop also has a ice cream truck that is moving around the neighboring cities which is great for curbing the ice cream cravings :) One small suggestion would be to announce on the website when and where the ice cream truck would be.

This is a very well-known top-quality ice cream café serving more than 60 different flavours as well as crêpes, waffles, and ice-cream cakes, all of which are made by this family business. I had a latte macchiato and a strawberry crêpe served with cream and ice cream. The two crêpes served were really excellent and the strawberries fresh. The service was rapid, which was quite a feat as the enormous café was full as well as were the outdoor areas. The ice cream and crepe was great quality! I really like the taste of the chocolate milkshake.

However I felt like the atmosphere at the ice cream shop/restaurant was uncomfortable. Half of their staff kept looking at me, as if I was a burden for them.

When I was at the case, as soon as it was my turn the lady at the case just walked away, leaving me to wait until another colleague came..

No excitement, no smiles, just serious or stressed impression when they saw me. I was really looking forward to this restaurant and it's a stunning location. Too bad something...
