Everything about this place was excellent! The food was amazing (we had two Veggie Burgers) and you could tell just from the taste how fresh the ingredients are and how much the kitchen cares about the quality of food they are serving. The fries were some of the best I've ever had. Service was phenomenal. We were greeted in Dutch, French, and English--they were prepared for any customer! I wish I had gotten our server's name, but he was incredibly friendly and made sure we were well-taken care of. We were so happy to discover this place. The burgers are actually the best we've had in Belgium (and we've lived here 7 years). Ingredients are local and high quality, while the flavors are international fusion, with burgers that bring in flavors of Thailand, Spain, Morocco, and the USA. The texture of the burger is excellent, succulent but not falling apart. On top of the good flavors, the atmosphere is nice and the service was excellent and friendly, with unusual attention to detail in all aspects. We went with three adults and one toddler and were sitting outside (the Ambiente gets only four stars as the restaurant is close to a main road, but actually a fairly quiet one).
