Sushi Oden Genappe — Restaurant in Genappe

It's the only Japanese-Chinese restaurant in Genappe, when we moved there we thought "oh cool! It's near the house". Well that was it. We tried eating at the place and it took way too long for the dishes to come because they privileged deliveries, the wonton weren't cooked enough (raw dumplings) and the sushis weren't fresh (and you know it because of the colour of the fish...), plus the ceiling is FULL of spider webs. Once is acceptable, maybe it wasn't their day. So we gave another chance, we tried delivery, since we thought it was their main goal. Here again, a mistake. We ordered sushis & makis. Fish was clearly not fresh, again, the tuna was brown and one bite could tell you that if you ate that you were going to be sick. Never. Ever. Again. I guess the only reason they're still open is that they're the only Japanese-Chinese "cuisine" of the region, but I don't get it, it's not fresh, it taste bad, and they serve raw dumplings... Definitely not recommended except for the places to avoid. I hope they plan to improve 'cause it's...

On s'est vraiment foutu de moi se soir !! C'est inadmissible ! Je téléphone à 17h pour commander 2 plats et 1 entrée en livraison . On me dit que se se sera livré vers 18h max 18h30 . J'appelle vers 18h30 On me dit que ma commande est partie . Je rappelle vers 18h50 on me dit que ma commande est la elle attend pour être partie . On se fou de moi en faite ! Je leur dis bien que je ne payerais pas prix plein une commande qui est resté là 30 min sinon ils peuvent la garder. Tous ce qu'on a réussi a me dire c'est que la commande est restée au chaud dans le bac 🤣. Ah top c'est vrai que ça tient chaud aussi longtemps puis a ça rajouter le trajet . PLUS JAMAIS !

Le livreur arrive à 19h15 avec une commande prête à 18h15 sans vouloir faire un geste ! Non merci on ne...

La nourriture est bonne (le poulet et riz sauté sont ok)(le sushi que j'ai pris était moyen), j'ai commandé a 20h20 c'est arrivé à 21h40 donc dans les délais annoncé mais le livreur a oublié de remettre les canettes (3€) et le ticket. Le prix demandé sur takeaway est absurde pour la quantité offerte. Vous devez réorganiser la structure pour vos commandes. (des oublis se font) ps: j'ai esseyé d'appeler à 22h (vous fermez a 22h30 apparament) et...
