I have been staying at Hotel Atlantis for 2-3 weeks which owned this great Italian restaurant, La Focaccia, in Genk. It is the best restaurant ever I have tasted with great service. Bouno, Buono !! It is just amazing and totally impressive every single bite. Worthy!! Thank you, chef, and love you, all.

The food is absolutely delicious! One of the better pasta's I've had recently! 👌 The location is also pretty nice. Unfortunately the service wasn't that great though, otherwise it would've been 5 stars for sure.

Het restaurant is wel gezellig en mooi. Eten was vrij duur naargelang de hoeveelheid en niet echt bijzonder. Wat wel heel straf was, wij hadden een bongobon terwaarde van 35 euro maar omdat we Ala carte wilden eten trokken ze maar 20 euro van de rekening af ipv 35 euro. Dus wij geven meer uit en ze verdiennen meer en toch houden ze 10 euro van de bon gewoon in. Begrijpe wie begrijpe kan 🙄😏 zeer onterecht is dit en een werkwijze die toch vragen oproept.

Over het eten kan ik geen oordeel geven ik heb nml geen ontbijt aldaar genoten. Bij mijn aankomst werd me gezegd dat de keuken gesloten is ivm vakantie, daarvoor heb ik begrip. Echter toen ik savonds wegging om in Genk te gaan dineren, wie schets mij verbazing er zitten meerdere mensen te dineren, raar. Bij uitchecken werd gezegd dat dit all inclusieve gasten waren en er ook maar 1 menu keuze was, werd wel verteld dat meerdere klachten waren binnengekomen dus beter had moeten worden gecommuniceerd met nieuwe gasten.
