The atmosphere was very nice, no doubt. I ordered the pizza of the moment with glaced onions, bacon and cheddar and that one was delicious. For my son I ordered a pizza with only tomato sauce (sugo) and salami on top. What he got was a sort of bolognese sauce full of minced meat (on a pizza?) and on top there was Spicy salami. Who puts spicy salami on a pizza for a 7 year old kid? But okay, that wasn't the worse.
The reason I unfortunately really cant give more start is because my husband ordered a steak medium. What he got was a steak so well done, so uneatable that we had to tell the staff... she took the plate back so we assumend he would get a new one but unfortunately...they came back with the same plate saying that you could still see some red in the meat thus therefore it was still considered medium in their opninion...mind blowing really!
Your PAYING costumer tells you the food they are serving is not as ordered plus not good to be eaten and you go in a discussion in a full restaurant? Sorry, but unacceptable, not handleiding as a professional place where they care about what they serve to their paying clients....
Afterwards I think the lady felt a bit ashamed and came up with a story about the meat that they are buying from their butcher is nog good and expensive...uhhh..okay, good to know...
When we paid the bill we saw they gave us a 2.50 euro discount on the 26 euro steak...I dont know honestly how to take that...as a failed attempt to but some sweet air into my husband empty stomach or an insult, but let's assume the first...

Ordered a steak medium cooked...and comes up a shoe sole which is overcooked and hard... the owner after having it taken brings it back after 5 minutes as it is ( therefore cold) claiming that what is in the picture is medium cooked. After having reduced the price of the steak of 10% ( so for an inedible steak a 2.5 euros discount) , not even a real gesture of understanding and kindness ( e.g offering a drink or a dessert) that I would have anyway not accepted but what matters it would have been the gesture).
