Found this place by chance while waiting for my wife shopping at a tack shop nearby. We only had one hour for lunch. So we weren’t able to enjoy the full Stad 10 experience. Yet we were delighted with the food and experience here. We were served FIVE amuse bouche, which more than made up for the starters we had to cancel. I had the lamb and my wife had the fish for our mains. We enjoyed the fish more than the lamb. Everything tasted divine. We got an impression that the chef likes to play with texture of his dishes. In every dish included crunchy, soft, chewy, liquidy, foamy components. Very playful and enjoyable. Will have to come back when we have more time.

a very minimalist atmosphere with excellent food. It's an experience to be here and there are so many great elements. The food is on point and tastes brilliant. The service is attentive and considate. They took great care of our preferences and it was my birthday, so they gave us a little cake as a present. They had options for alcohol free beverages and cocktails. we took the 6 course menu, which is around 95 Euro per person. You can choose 4 to 6 courses. I felt very comfortable and it was quite an intimate setting, as there can only be up to 20 people in this restaurant. A great place to celebrate something privately. We want to come back for lunch.

Super lekkere lunch met aangepaste wijnen. Vooral de dessert wijn ging zo mooi samen met uiteraard het dessert. Dat een pareltje was. Echt super mooi. Die mooie kleuren samen met de aardbeien. Misschien wat te zoet voor mij. Maar dan was er de wijn om alles in balans te houden. De Amuses waren ook een uitnodiging om verder door het menu te walsen. Mooi die tomaten symfonie bij de eerste 2. En totaal verschillend van smaak. Het Lams als laatste amuse vond ik prachtig! Zo mooi qua structuur en mmmm. Het voorgerecht van rode mul vond ik zeker een mooie verderzetting van het beleven. De eendenborst iets minder. Maar ligt geheel aan mezelf. Heb het zelfs volledig opgegeten. En dat is echt een pluim naar de chef toe!!! De bediening liep vlot en de sommelier/ gastvrouw/ mede opdiener deed het uitstekend. Mooie uitleg bij de wijnen. Ook de andere mensen die kwamen opdienen waren zeer bekwaam en vooral vriendelijk. Kortom echt een aanrader!
