McDonald's — Restaurant in Hannut

Jamais plus. Never again. Not the worst McDo I've ever known (that must have been Liège) , but once again I was struck by the tasteless food when coming home grom ordering a 6 - person meal. One of my burgers was missing when checking the take - away order at home, chips ( fries) were cold because I had to wait for ages before they could deliver the order ( which I payed already), leaving a huge queu behind me. I honestly can't give them an inch of a star. I threw away the burger after one bite, left the cold fries for the dog - he refused to eat them. So much for McDo. They hope to thrive on the new Plopsaqua public opening soon further along the Rue de Landen: these better be warned. Money spent here is money lost. Better spend it on a healthy sandwich, wherever yo can grab one. Ow, and: I have to give it one star in order to be able to posts this. But please disregard the one star : this...

So bad service. I placed my order as dine in. It wasn’t crowded, 3 tables occupied only. But I had waited for 20min and when I asked the staff at the checkout point I saw that they didn’t even start preparing it. Chatting and wandering around. It took them 5 minutes more to understand what I want, then they asked to show my receipt. I asked to prepare it to take out. And they started making it: preparing fries (it was not pre cooked even), searching for a juice for a minute, like they didn’t know how to use their working space. And the last and most important: that guy was putting fries into the cup without any gloves, having wiped his nose prior to that😳 disgusting...

We went there many time and it always went fine. Yesterday however, my hole family placed a fairly big order and one of the (Gen. Jack) burger was smelling suspiciously on one side. the hole family confirmed the smell only on that burger. My dad immediately called the Cook and reported the smell. Half of the burger was left. The Cook apologized and offered a desert. My dad refused and ask the same burger, as he did not wish any desert in the first place. The cook went to the kitchen and came 5 minutes later claiming that everything was ok with the burger. In the end we agreed to disagree and left some time later. To me, this is a bad service! Never coming...
