L'Ariete — Restaurant in Herent

The pizza was just ok, nothing spectacular but still ok. I would avoid the antipasti in any case, it was sad.

They were at some point quite insisting on taking a picture of my group for their facebook page while we were eating. We discussed it and said ok and they spent a good minute or two taking pictures of the group from different angles. When we thought we could finally go back to eating, the guy took several extra pictures of my friend alone even when she was saying NO and even trying to cover the shot with her hands. I find this unacceptable and an attack on consent and privacy.

I will not come back because of such unacceptable behaviour.

Me and my husband came across this restaurant by sheer coincidence. But I m glad we did. Perfect little cozy Italian restaurant. We had amazing seafood pasta with pizza and tomato soup ( soup since my husband was a bit under the weather). Service was quick. The desert - tiramisu, is a must try, they make it fresh. Great owners as well as staff were extremely friendly and fast. Definitely will visit again if we ever...

If you are looking for cozy, quiet ambiance with great Italian food, this is your place. We stumbled upon this place on our way to St. Peter’s church. Glad we stopped in. The pasta and pizza was great, service was impeccable and cleanliness was noteworthy.
