I went to this restaurant some years ago and it was excellent. But this time I was very disappointed. We ask for a rare steak it was medium rare and the quality of the meat wasn’t what we expected. Vol au vent was very nicely decorated but instead of puff pastry they used a sort of tart that was very hard. The service was good but the young waiters didn’t know anything about ingredients. It's not your every day Brasserie as this really gives you a established restaurant vibes. The food is very locally linked, but the choices are very well presented and prepared.
