The Buddha Lounge — Restaurant in Keerbergen

Perfect name for this place. The inmediate feeling you have is Soft Luxury Asian, Ambiance is top. Service GREAT (NOTE:the first time we went it was Great, but since we have been there 2 more times, taking our friends who we talk so much about this place, but then finding a non welcoming face, i am cluless about what happened, but our host and waitress really made us feel uncomfortable this 2 last times). Food YUM! (Food still on the good level) Received with a delicious amuse boushe, was a delicious start for our romantic dinner , big variety on Asian dishes. Appetizers and meal are not going to let you hungry, but wanting to come back again. Generous portions, that we appreciate on comparison to other places. 100% We are coming back, and bringing our good friends with us. We were asked very nicely if we wanted to wait for our main dish, and we gladly said yes, wanting to stay longer there. Really a great experience. This is a cosy and lovely restaurant owned by international Indian locals. The food is absolutely fantastic, aswell is the wine, prosecco and the team. The setting in the town Keerbergen is charming. In the garden has a budha fountain, adjusted lounge music , candles and smoke.

The service wasn’t too great. The waitress was more angry than happy to help us, we felt like we were not wanted in the place. The food was actually quite nice and delicious. The only problem was that the spareribs were quite though to bite and there were only 6 on the plate wich made it feel like it was a kids item. Other than that I recommend the pink lady...
