Service en onthaal is prima. De bereidingen zijn wat je van een oud Spermalie leerling verwacht, gewoon TOP maar..... het zijn allemaal hapjes en niet bepaald gerechten. Met ons tweetjes starten met een aperitief. Het Enjoymenu in 5 gangen met een lekker Nieuw Zeelands wijntje (wit). Koffie en klein gebak. Totaal €306. Wat heel jammer is dat je 3 uur later terug aan tafel moet aanschuiven voor brood en beleg (thuis) want je vergaat van de honger. In alle eerlijkheid, zelf Spermalie oud leerling en professioneel kok aan huis zijnde valt er niks aan te merken aan de gerechten (hapjes) maar de Chef dient de totaliteit in gewicht te berekenen en zal merken dat alles samen niet aan het gewicht komt van een volwaardige maaltijd, al is die verdeeld in 5 of 9 gangen....je respecteert je hoeveelheid aan gewicht, zodat je als gast met een voldaan gevoel...
