This is a photo my wife took when she saw I wasn’t able to stop smiling. We were driving to France, were tired as hell and just had our on the way lunch. We were sleepy and we needed a good coffee to go. But I did not know I also needed some friendly smile and good vibe. Which I immediately got from this guys in Kantine. First of all the interior and the terrace is so beautiful. And on top you get super friendly staff who made me overwhelmingly happy instantly. And the coffee? Unbelievably good. Just as I wanted. They also provided us 2 pieces of lemon cakes for free. LEMON CAKES! I LOVE THEM. Hence the smile. Enjoy your coffee there.

Très très déçue par cet endroit. Après avoir lu les avis je pensais que ça allait être top mais pas du tout. Le café était froid, le chocolat chaud pas de bonne qualité. Il n'y avait pas de viennoiserie, on nous a proposé des roulés à la cannelle, nous en avons mangé un mais de force et le deuxième nous l'avons laissé pour le chien . Les toilettes étaient poussiéreux. Apparemment c'est un endroit qui accueille les enfants mais le sol n'est vraiment pas adapté. Arrivé à la caisse une déception supplémentaire. 5€40 pour un roulé cannelle, réchauffé, posé sur une serviette en papier qui s'est collé dessus donc immangeable, c'est juste abusé. Je ne recommande pas du tout !

Kantine is a great little coffee bar away from the usual tourist hustle! A well needed new sea breeze in Koksijde. There's a good selection of cold and hot drinks, and a nice menu for breakfast, brunch and lunch. They will definitely see...
