Amadeus in Kruishoutem? Seems so!

The food and service is a bit below expectations: we were early so we were served very quickly. The fact this is an "all-you-can-eat" formula and the fact you can only hold a table for a limited time (communicated in the reservation) it takes a while to get the re-orders. Basically, the restaurant cooks and people come in, then they walk around with trays with the ribs that are "left" to refill your plate.

Once the restaurant is buzzing and you are started off, it's ok though. Great for children, not so great for culinary...

We tried Amadeus Lozer after a long day at Ooidonk castle, after calling many other restaurants without success. Needless to say that flavorful large serving of ribs was more than welcome after walking in costumes for hours. I loved the big potato (yum) and the fact it's a eat-all-you-want formula, even though most of us were full after finishing our plate. After walking so many times in the adjacent forest, we decided to give the restaurant a try. We called to reserve and could immediately have a table. We ordered ribs which were served with a big potato and some salad. The waiters were friendly, service was reasonably fast, I found the ribs abit too dry.
