Le Relais du Spîru — Restaurant in La Louvière

Parked here today around 2pm and it seems a good place, had a shower and a coffee, then at 6pm the evening service starts for food, I went in and ordered food which was a ribeye steak for the main course, I specifically told the waiter taking my order that I wanted the steak cooked very very well done as I can't eat medium or rare cooked meat, I know lots of people like it half cooked or half raw whichever way you want to describe it, anyway the steak and the croquettes arrived with the pepper sauce and looked really good and I was looking forward to eating it until I cut into the steak and it was cooked rare which I couldn't eat so I just ate the croquettes and pepper sauce and left the steak which was a bit of a shame as I paid €27 for the steak, I'm not complaining about the quality of the food as it seem quite good what I am saying is that if the person paying for the steak wants it cooked to their liking then that's the way they should get it, not half cooked rare to someone else's liking.
