Les Jardins du Couvent — Restaurant in Lessines

We drove through the centre of Deux-Acres when the smell of wood stove BBQ got our attention. When the bikes were parked, hoping to get a table before in a time when restaurants just opened because of Corona. Our luck was blessed, a table for party of four. Only two choices available, lobster bbq and meat bbq menu. Serving was swift, starting with an amuse gueule followed by salmon, excellent meat bbq and a dessert. All being surprised, enjoyed the meal with alcohol free Bulo (responsible motorbike drivers we are). This was a treat, a nice unexpected stopover. The chef and lady of the house are truly genuine ... Definitely worth...

1. j'ai demandé d'ouvrir le parasol qui se trouvait à proximité pour avoir un peu + d'ombre et la gérante à dit "non pas possible" sans excuse...pfffff

2. j'avais demandé (lors de ma réservation car c'était une surprise) pour les 28 ans de vie commune avec ma femme, de mettre des bougies chiffres ou autre choses qui rappelle cela sur notre dessert. Et au final, elle à juste eu une petite baguette dans sa glace qui fait des étincelles pendant 5 secondes sans aucune autre indication. truc très banal quoi. Vraiment dommage Pffffff.

3. Les clients qui veulent effectuer un paiement par carte doivent obligatoirement se déplacer jusqu'à la caisse à l'intérieur du bâtiment. Pas de terminal portatif ?

4. Après avoir été au toilette, et mis du savon pour les laver les mains comme prévue par la loi, pas de chance, le robinet automatique ne fonctionnait pas. Résultats : rinçage des mains dans l'évier du bar. Pas top top...
