Very nice amuse-bouches while waiting for the first course. We had the 3 course menu for 48€ which with the optional rubia gallega 60 weeks seasoned meat, turned into a 68€ menu. The entry was beaf with a delicious "dressing" but the beaf which was small and completely covered, seemed to me cheap filet de saxe from Detry or so. Disappointing bad carpaccio like meat. The main course was the too expensive meat which was cooked in a way that it was too chewy. Impossible to part in your mouth, just like an elastic. Very nice desert. Also…not every dish needs espuma. But that may be a matter of personal taste. All in all a very decent effort. We did find the wine list pricy and less adventurous than the food. The interior is cosy with the open kitchen and grill. The terrace is less appealing. We did not understand the gimmick with the set of spoons and forks on the table? And why did we need to use the same knife for all courses? No vegetarian options on the menu but maybe the chef will come up with one...
