Het is een schandaal en geen respect voor de mensen! Pizza besteld via Take Away om 18:00 uur, bezorging was om 20:20 uur. Vier sauzen waren bestellen maar niet geleverd dus 4 euro is weg. De pizza was niet lekker, was koud en de kip was rauw 😡Bijna alles weg gegooid. Schaamte! Nooit meer.

Besteld via takeaway.com op voorhand betaald, 2u30 min moeten wachten op de bestelling terwijl takeaway 90 min aangaf (wat op zich ook al heel lang is). Na 1u45 min gebeld toen kreeg ik de reactie dat het nog een kwartier ging duren. Na 2u15 min nogmaals gebeld. Zonder kwaad te worden en op een deftige manier heb ik aangegeven dat ik 2u15 min toch wel heel lang vond. Ik kreeg toen de reactie "het interesseert me eigenlijk nie". Enorm arrogante reactie en not done.

Vroeger was ik vaste klant bij de pyramide maar door de jaren heen is de service en de vriendelijkheid er enorm op achteruitgegaan. Het zal de laatste keer geweest zijn dat ik bij hun...
