McDonald's — Restaurant in Lokeren

We've been there few times because when you're hungry you take whats closest. But today definetely was our last time. Besides constantly dirty and stinky toilets,doors,handels,tables,chairs,floors my menu was awful. I had burger with chicken meat. From the beginning I didn't taste it because there was also bacon but when I ate all bacon I could smell and taste horrible stink of meat. 😵 My husband went to talk to manager and she thought it was ok but you obviously could smell it terribly. Also she said that if I ate 3 quarters of it it must have been ok... P.S. before eating I cleaned our table myself because there was nobody to do it. Although later on came one lady to clean the tables but it wasn't done properly. I don't understand if this is normal in Belgium cause in other states it's not like that...I am...

I hate to admit that I actually ate the food there, but I didn't realize how bad and disgusting it was until i went to the counter to ask for sugar. When the guy took a step towards me, it disturbed the flies and they flew all over the the cooking area. I told him that it was disturbing, but he said, "it's hot and we don't have air conditioning that's why there's flies". Then I took a real good look around and realized everything was dirty from the windows to the toilets (plus they smell). The food took forever; this is the most horrible McDonalds I've ever been in. This is one of the worst McDonald’s in Belgium. They forget so many items, and this happens every time. If you call them after you realize at home they forgot something, they’ll bluntly say that you should’ve called earlier - even though we were busy and we’d just asked for a refund because we paid for nothing… and on top of that, they disconnect your call after being polite.

The food is depressing and not even worth it, the lowest quality you’d expect from a shitty McDonald’s franchisee.

Don’t buy from McDonald’s in general, but especially not here....
