The female owner was a terrible person, instead of welcoming us she almost sent us back home, arguing about the details of our reservation. She did NOT read my mail about with how many children we were going to come and then had she had the nerve to accuse me of not respecting the maximum number of people per room. How we were to know that our baby was considered an extra person? She could have told me on the phone when I called her, but no.. as we arrived after a 3 hour ride she almost sent us back home. She talked to us like we were a couple of low lives, telling us WE WOULD BE RESPONSABLE in case of 'damage' What damage ?As if our baby would ruin her appartment. She also said that WE WOULD BE RESPONSABLE in case of inspection or 'if something happened' Nice welcome, indeed. ||||Then when I asked for the WIFI code she looked all suspicious and asked if I was going to download movies. What the ... was that about? ||At night we ate at the restaurant and since our 'welcoming' host did not bother to tell us when breakfast would be served, we had to ask the waitress as the owner was NOWHERE to be seen.. The waitress told us between 8 and 10, so we agreed on 8 o'clock. The next morning we go to have our breakfast and the owner almost kicks us out, because breakfast was supposedly NEVER SERVED before 8.30; I explained to her that she never said that and that we agreed with the waitress the night before that we would have breakfast at 8. the owner told me flat in my face THAT WASN'T TRUE. That the waitress had talked to her and that in any case the never serve breakfast before 8.30. Honestly I have never been treated this bad then by this woman. She almost succeeded to make me so frustrated that I was ready to leave immediately. I faked my way through breakfast afterwards for the sake of my children and thank god she seemed a bit calmer too (or just because soon afterwards she was going to cheat on us with the bill) The bill came and we had to pay for 4 adults, instead of 2 adults...

Read moreBeste potentiële klant dit is een prachtig verblijf, helaas is de service host de verschrikkelijkste vrouw die ik in mijn leven heb ontmoet en dat in de hotel-/horecabranche. Onvoorstelbaar.
Bij het inchecken begon de ellende al. Mevrouw werkt niet met derde partijen terwijl alles betaald is door de derde partijen namens ons (maanden geleden). Dit vertelde ze overigens enkel in het Frans en ze had haar administratie duidelijk niet in orde.
Eerst geeft ze je haar telefoon om het e.e.a. te bespreken met de derde partij en vervolgens gaat ze drammen dat ze haar telefoon terug wilt. Ze praat door je heen en dat eveneens in het Frans. Ze dult geen tegenspraak en staat niet open voor feedback, daarom deze review.
De host, eigenaresse, doet de voordeur op slot wanneer het haar uit komt, legt niks uit ook niet over het bubbelbad dat ineens begint te reinigen midden in de nacht, zegt dat je niet in de lobby van het hotel mag eten (dit is een restaurant, terwijl het de lobby van het hotel is, dus wegwezen is haar opmerking dan) rolt graag met haar ogen, maakt zeer ongepaste opmerkingen. Wil je een cuppucino bij je ontbijt i.p.v. koffie? Dan mag je achteraf bijbetalen, zonder je daar van te voren van te verwittigen.
Overigens hebben diverse gasten zeer slechte ervaringen met de host.
Volgens mij zit er een bot achter de goede reviews.
Ze heeft de ene helft van de dag een hotel en de andere helft van de dag een restaurant. Waag het niet een vraag te stellen gedurende etenstijd die te maken heeft met je voorzieningen als hotelgast want dan krijg je geheit een uitbrander.
Overdag is mevrouw wisselend in haar temperament. Je krijgt exact 1 koffiecupje per persoon per nacht, de rest is met bijbetaling of wederom een uitbrander.
De voertaal is hier frans, geen engels. Spreek je engels “not my problem”.
Het is overigens wel heerlijk eten, maar helaas wel in haar restaurant.
Daarnaast zijn de kamers heel mooi, maar inclusief spinnenwebben en er zijn geen horren aanwezig. Er heerst echt een sfeer van iemand die het gemaakt heeft en die geen feedback accepteert.
Gun jezelf beter; ook jij hebt recht op een lieve vriendelijke host in je welverdiende vakantie. Ga a.u.b. elders, waar eerlijke, respectvolle en vrolijke hotelondernemers werken die wel recht hebben op je...
