Immer wieder eine besondere Erfahrung auf Reisen solch' gastronomische Perlen zu entdecken. Auf der Fahrt von Hardelot Plage nach Düsseldorf haben wir auch nach dem zweiten Besuch eine beachtenswerte Gastronomie vorgefunden, vom Rinderfilet nebst Sauce Bernaise, dem temporären Muschelangebot bis zur flambierten "Appeltaart met vanille-ijs", alles ein beachtenswert' handwerklicher Genuß welcher die Küche verlässt. Der hervorragende Service begleitet dieses unprätentiös und achtsam, hier fühlt man sich als Gast willkommen....wir kommen sehr gerne wieder....
