Overall, we had a rather disappointing experience here. The biggest problem was the poor service: the staff didn’t understand English, so communication was really difficult. They brought us several dishes that weren’t what we ordered and didn’t asked how we wanted the meat…

On top of that, there was no real price transparency. The prices on the English menu were about €2 cheaper per item than what we were charged, and nobody warned us. When we mentioned it, they refused to adjust the bill, even though it’s the customer’s right to pay the displayed price. They just said they wouldn’t use that old menu anymore, but that’s not the my concern. Sauces cost €3.50 extra each, which feels overpriced for something usually included. The bottle of water was €10, with no tap water offered, which seems excessive too.

The food itself was fine but nothing special. My lasagna bolognese unexpectedly had ham inside, which was a bit odd. One good point though: the chicken dish was generous for the price, even if the mashed potatoes could have been better.

In short, I wouldn’t really recommend this place except maybe for the chicken, which was decent value. There are plenty of places that do much better on service, food and honesty...

I would go back there just for the beautiful atmosphere. Gorgeous place, lovely decorated with a peaceful backyard with a little playground for kids. Great place to stop after visiting sun parks. They don't focus on breakfast so if you want to have a full breakfast you need to call a day ahead. Otherwise they have delicious omlettes and other choices....

Excellent food! The pasta dishes were divine and the waffles were incredible. Easy cycling distance from nearby holiday parks, and well worth the trip.

Staff all friendly, however got a little slower as it got busier. Not an issue for our leisurely afternoon sat in their lovely outdoor seating area, though!
