L'Auberge de Thines — Restaurant in Nivelles

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Auberge de Thines, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Laurent, has truly created a gem in the culinary world. The cuisine is nothing short of spectacular—each dish is a testament to his passion for great food and attention to detail. The flavors are refined, the presentation is impeccable, and every bite was a delightful journey for the senses.

Equally impressive is the warm and inviting atmosphere created by Laurent and his team. The standout among the staff was Michael, who provided top-notch service with a smile. Michael was attentive, friendly, and made sure our dining experience was perfect in every way. L'auberge s'est transformée en traiteur en cette période Covid et nous avons été bluffés par le résultat !!! Nous avons commandé un repas de Noël et suivi les instructions pour réchauffer le tout (très simplement) et difficile de se rendre compte, au goût, que l'on est pas servi à table à la minute (le dressage dépend de vous biensûr ;)) Les plats que nous avons choisis étaient très goûteux et parfaitement équilibrés. La qualité des produits irréprochables, je crois d'ailleurs avoir découvert le vrai goût de la biche hier soir :) Nous avons hâte de pouvoir nous asseoir à l'auberge pour renouveler l'expérience dans d'encore meilleures conditions. Le rapport qualité prix que certains pointent du doigt, nous l'avons trouvé tout à fait honnête. Petit conseil cependant : mettre une petite étiquette sur les différents sachets car nous avons eu peur de confondre certaines sauces, mais tout s'est bien...
