De Ton — Restaurant in Ostend

Spent a few days in Oostende with my mom. And we wanted to have a dinner together, so I found this amazing place on google maps. We were absolutely satisfied with everything. The restaurant is really nice, cosy, had a warm feeling to it. The service was superb, both waiters (one who started to serve us, was actually finishing his shift, and came to inform us that his collegue will take over further on) both were absolutely informative about local food, drinks, specialities. Both also english speaking, professional, and really really friendly. Food was delicious, nicely served, portions were more then decent, and price was also more then fine, I was thinking it will be way more expensive. For a few drinks (schweppes, two beers, one aperitive), and two full meal (soup, and main dish) we had to pay around 50 euros, which is in my opinion absolutely amazing. Definitelly my reccomendations, will visit again if I stumble upon...

We flew into the private aviation section of Ostende airport on a Monday and found most restaurants closed. We were pleased they were because it was an opportunity to try DeTon. Onlangs heb ik een geweldige ervaring gehad bij De Ton. We besloten om met de hele familie te gaan en werden niet teleurgesteld. De sterren van de show waren absoluut de heerlijke ribbetjes - sappig, mals en perfect gekruid. Het was een waar genot om van dit gerecht te smullen terwijl we gezellig met de familie bij elkaar waren.

Wat de ervaring nog beter maakte, was het vriendelijke personeel van De Ton. Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen, werden we hartelijk begroet en voelden we ons direct welkom. Het personeel was attent, behulpzaam en had duidelijk plezier in het bedienen van de gasten. Dit droeg echt bij aan de warme en uitnodigende sfeer van het restaurant.

Al met al kan ik De Ton van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar heerlijke maaltijd in een gezellige en gastvrije omgeving. Of je nu met je familie bent of met vrienden, de combinatie van smaakvol eten en vriendelijk personeel zorgt voor een onvergetelijke...
