Le Brassilly — Restaurant in Silly

I visited this restaurant for my husband's birthday, and we were warmly welcomed by a friendly waitress with a big smile. The ambiance was cozy and quiet, with classic Belgian-inspired décor that added to the charm.

We were served a complimentary basket of three pieces of bread and butter, which was a nice touch. For starters, we ordered the grilled marrow bones, which were absolutely delicious. My husband chose the filet mignon for his main course, and it was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and full of flavor.

On the other hand, I opted for the Brassilly burger, which was a total disappointment. The bread was dry, the bacon was soggy and not crispy at all, and there was an overwhelming amount of cheese. Additionally, they charged €1.50 for mayonnaise and €3.50 for poivre sauce, which felt excessive.

Retourné après plusieurs années. Quelle déception... Notre table semble avoir été ajoutée pour faire du chiffre (collée au coin du bar). A 18h30, ça vient d'ouvrir, on prend notre commande... Ah désolé, il n'y a plus 🤔😳 bref, on change de plat. Lorsqu'on recommande une deuxième bière, on ne prend pas la peine de changer le verre 🙄, on ne demande pas la cuisson souhaitée pour la viande. Mayonnaise (maison apparemment ??) payante en supplément. Repas très correct niveau qualité et quantité. Mais ce n'est pas parce qu'il est inscrit bistronomie sur le carnet d'addition que les prix sont justifiés. Rapport qualité prix très moyen, service pas terrible.
