I am a vegetarian and I ordered veggie fillet menu, its the second time it has happened to be they mixed my order and gave a really chicken burger. I have been a vegetarian for 20years and because of there mistake i ate meat. First time i complained they were quick to give me a free menu voucher by email. But this second time, i have called many times they say they will email, no apologies nothing so far. Very disappointed.

It would've been nice if the meat had been the same size as the bread, not just a little over half. Or if the cheese were melted and at least not cold. Taste wise, it was okay (the half with the meat as the other was only bread). Could have been better for the price.

Je tiens à exprimer mon mécontentement concernant ma récente expérience dans votre établissement. Il m'a fallu 13 minutes pour recevoir ma commande. De plus, j'ai été désagréablement surpris par l'attitude condescendante de la personne au comptoir qui portait des lunettes de soleil. Malheureusement, la qualité de la nourriture était loin des attentes. Les frites étaient froides, mon wrap veggie était froid et complètement ouvert, et le suprême fish était presque congelé et manquait de sauce. Cette expérience a été très décevante et ne reflète pas le standard de service que j'attends de votre part.

I came with two kids. A simple order. The place isn't that full. 40 minutes wait. The food is barely warm. With two impatient children, it was a horrible experience. Not to mention that this was supposed to be "fast food." Ridiculous! Crazy expensive, slow, unfriendly service, and the only thing that met the expectations is that it really...

This used to be a good restaurant but during this take away period, the service is becoming very sloppy, for example they put the wrong ingredients, they make mistakes with the orders e.g. a main salad becomes a side salad etc... they put dumb or partially deaf people to service the...
