I can not recommend this restaurant enough. I would give it a 10 star if that were even possible. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with absolute care - and while this may have been due to the fact that we were recommended by our BnB host, the restaurant is in itself family run and you could observe how much they cherish their customers and savour customer relations. Where do I even start from? The meal served was absolutely delicious. The steak was made from undisputably some of the best ingredients and spices. The meat being from the Blonde d'Acquitaine breed. The accompanying toast (if I can call it that) was perfectly crunchy, and everything was spiced to perfection (which says a lot for my West African taste buds). Unfortunately, due to how famished we were, we did not take a picture of the meal, lol! Then, the beers, there were a large variety of them. Following the owners' recommendations, we settled for two Belgian beers. I'm not much of a beer drinker, but Belgian beers always get me, and these particular two opened up my taste buds more options (I have attached pictures to this review). Finally, for dessert, we had a Pastel de Nata. It was impeccably crispy on the outside and creamy and sweet on the inside. All in all, the restaurant/pub had a rustique and welcoming feel to it. The experience was authentic, with the most welcoming and knowledgeable owners. If you ever get the chance to visit, be sure to ask for recommendations from Peter and Leen. They have such indepth knowledge of food you wouldn't want to...

Mijn man had een biefstukje genomen... Prijs??
