The secret of this place is.. bad service. Walked in at 10 am on a Saturday. Asked if they still had a table. The young girl in the room didn't know what to do and looked at the older woman in the kitchen. Super awkward moment. The answer was "no we don't, everything is reserved" even though there was a free table. Anyway, that's still possible..

So we asked ourselves if we could sit at a badly positioned table near the entrance that was clearly not used & just sitting there with a box on it. "Preferably not" was the answer. Euh, okay? You don't want to serve people and earn money?

Very family friendly staff and the food is excellent. Athough the beer selection is limited, the steak is one of the best I have ever had especially with the homemade pepper sauce and a generous portion of french fries. The brewery stew and the Italian meatballs are also flavorful and a generous value. Walk past everthing else and have a great dinner in the shadow of the nearby church tower. You will not be disappointed with this new addition...

It's cozy and the service is good. The food however is not bad, but not great either. Pomme Duchesses were dry and plainly just reheated. The meat in comparison was cooked to perfection, but the sauce didn't match. The place has potential for lunch/dining, but isn't quite there yet. For coffee and dessert, it's a great place. All in all, I think it can be a great place if they step up a bit in certain aspects. Potential is there, result isn't...
