Pinky's Drive-Thru

Turn around time quick, 2 minutes, buger was OK and not microwaved. Unfortunately they just assumed that everyone eats their fries with season salt (no choice) and the fries where already just warm and waxie so, no eating on the spot (fries sucked, should be the last thing fried). Tried them maybe they will do better by the summer. I'm from the US and am use to drive thru, but I think they need to take more time to make it more pallitable. I Don't recommend adding the day old lackluster donuts. Overall, they need more time to get it together. For now they are trying to be speedy over quality (2 minute from cook to bag in hand🤦🏾‍♀️) makes you think it's food just sitting around for customers, or their clients accept any kind of sub par standard. Hope they do better or they won't last the year. $27 for combo & donut,, wasn't really worth it by US standards for less. That meal at tops was worth $12. Please do better. I was proud of the effort to introduce it to my neighborhood. But I can't recommend it at it's infancy for now. Hiring signs good, but I hope those that train are better at quality ...

I was really excited to try pinky’s as I lived away and coming home this was something new and I applaud it. Unfortunately tonight I am disappointed, my wahoo burger was awful… soggy burnt bun, no taste to the wahoo, barely any tartar sauce, lettuce was brown. The coleslaw had no taste no flavor what so ever the fries were very dry as well. I don’t know who the chefs are, but they definitely do not know how to season properly or cook at all. I didn’t even finish my meal only ate half so I wouldn’t be wasteful, but other than that I couldn’t get through...

I had really high hopes for this place. When I lived in Canada I stopped at Tim Hortons everyday and got a coffee and a donut. The first problem here is that when I order my coffee and ask for sweetener, there's no sweetener and there's no intention to ever get sweetener. Second, the drive-thru doesn't open until 10:30. So I can't get coffee the way I would get coffee in every other restaurant in Bermuda, and the drive through isn't actually a drive-thru. If I have to walk in I might as well...
