Restoran Goool — Restaurant in City of Sarajevo

I thought I had more photos… 😅 regardless The food experience was amazing. I visited this place with friends for a Italian wine tasting experience and besides the amazing wine provided by Tarik Sadovic and his company Wine Shop Sarajevo, the focus was fully on the amazing food. The restaurant itself is a modern place with very good service and got transformed from a local cuisine place to a modern day restaurant with fish from their own farm. The food was focused on their own production of smoked trout with different varieties of which most impressive I foung the risotto! 👍🏻 Of course for a good wine tasting night in Bosnia Lamb is unavoidable and man was that delicious 🤤 I recommend this place to anyone who passes by definitely 🙌🏻🫶🏻

We were waiting for food for almost an hour, after the fish burger I ordered arrived (later than two other dishes on table) it was very dry to eat, and it consisted of only 3 ingredients: hamburger bun, 1 leaf of green salad and meat part (which definitely doesn’t take that over hour to make). It is overrated to pay bit more over 5euro for such a bad and dry burger. I would definitely never go back to this place, nor I’d recommend it to anyone. If it was possible I’d rate it...

I asked if I could go to toilet before ordering. I GOT A NEGATIVE ANSWER.

if I can't check the general hygiene in the toilet, I'm definitely not going to be a guest.

I planned a small meal today, just to check the quality for a large company (12 people) in a few days. Instead, while waiting to ask if I could go to toilet, the guy behind the bar did something that forced me to call sanitary inspection on them.

Think twice before anything touches...
