I ordered 300 grams of lamb in this restaurant today. I asked the waiter to give me a juicy part of the spit. He said that he couldn't give me the best part, he would give me a mix. I agreed. When he brought me the meat, I noticed immediately that the meat wasn't good. It was very hard and tough. You could hardly chew the meat. I was really looking forward to my meal because you can't get anything like that in Germany. The waiter didn't accept my criticism and was very unfriendly. When I complained to other waiters about it, they said I still had to pay. I love lamb and I went on holiday to Bosnia specifically because the food in Bosnia is very good. But this restaurant was very, very disappointing. When I wanted to talk to the boss, the waiter said the boss wouldn't come until the evening. The male waiters looked at me very angrily, the female waiters apologized and were very nice. But I'm really very sad, I was so looking forward to the meal. What a pity. I hope the boss reads this and gives me feedback and speaks to the waiter.

Ali kada mi je konobar objasnio da to nije moguće, sa zadovoljstvom sam prihvatio i zamolio ga da mi da 300 grama mesa. to nije moj problem. konobar pokušava pogrešno predstaviti situaciju. moj problem je što mi je doveo izuzetno meko meso i bio je jako arogantan i neprijateljski raspoložen. Kada sam ušao u radnju, pozdravio sam konobare. Muški konobari me nisu dočekali i zurili su u moju porodicu. žensko osoblje je bilo deeskalirajuće i ljubaznije. Ako imate kameru na ulazu pogledajte kako sam ušao, kako sam bio sretan, snimio sam ringle. moj problem je konobar i sto mi je doneo suvo meso. Ništa drugo. molim vas nemojte ih miješati. To nije moja radnja, ne želim da naudim vašoj, želim da vam pomognem da vaša prodavnica radi čak i kada niste tamo. Mislim da bi bilo bolje da su oni tamo. Ali kako god, to je tvoja radnja, radi...

I have been traveling Mostar-Sarajevo-Mostar quite a bit and I like to try new places on this route to find my favorite restaurant. I used to stop at Sedmica and have roasted lamb but I can honestly say I had better. I did not like the service, their policy of charging for few slices of bread and giving small potato while charging for it arm and a leg. One day I stopped at Sedmica to get To Go order at 12pm. I was told they ran out of meat. I did not mind it. I left. Few months passed and I stopped again at the restaurant for To Go order. The owner yelled at me in rude voice that I should have come before. They ran out of lamb again. I was dumbfounded and I had enough. I do not expect much, but a nice approach. He could have asked me nicely to sit and rest a bit, have a cup of coffee and the lamb would be roasted soon. I do not stop there any more. There are plenty of other places.

we stopped for coffee break so I don't know about their food. in menu under hot drinks many things...reminder : this looks like a big restaurant ready to accommodate a lot of people.My coffee was made out of those packets I could even see the powder when they brought it to me.The worse thing though was the fact that they did not want to accept credit card for a bill less than 10BAM telling me that this is for all Bosnia which is a huge lie.With an attitude may i add.After I confronted him that there is no such thing all over the country and they should put a sign at the door then as tourist dont always carry cash he just brought the POS .To me it feels that this place just wants your money without offering service.Again I don't know how the food is there but the attitude and the prepacked 3 in 1 coffee where more than enough for...
