HD Slastičarna — Restaurant in Tesanj municipality

Visited this beautiful town yesterday. Lovely day out, has the most amazing castle I have visited in Bosnia so far. HD Slasticarnica was a welcome rest where the coffee was great, the food was fantastic and the cakes where heavenly. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Tešanj to come here. I was going to HD since i was little, im not giving it 5 stars just because of that. HD has one if not the best customer service in Tesanj, the food is always fresh and delicious and the ambient suites by ones taste, the wait is only 5-7 minutes, and to get the things you ordered it varies from 2-12 minute. Nažalost, naše iskustvo u ovoj slastičarni bilo je razočaravajuće. Hrana je stigla hladna, što je odmah ostavilo loš prvi utisak. Još gore, nismo dobili escajg, pa smo morali ustati i sami otići po pribor, što u bilo kojem ugostiteljskom objektu ne bi smjelo da se desi.

Naručili smo i kafu sa sladoledom – iznio ju je šanker, a napitak je već bio propao do te mjere da nije bio za konzumaciju. Nije se ni trudilo da to izgleda ili bude posluženo kako treba.

Poseban problem bila je konobarica – neljubazna, nezainteresovana i očigledno nepripremljena za posao. Komunikacija i usluga su bili ispod svakog nivoa profesionalnosti.
