Restaurant Barolo — Restaurant in Tesanj municipality

This was my third visit to Barollo.

I must say this is a really fancy restaurant, specialized for meat, which I ate on my first two visits. It is a pity it is allowed to smoke inside, but HEY this is Bosnia.

Meat is really great, I ate here tagliata once before. Percetion.

This time I ordered bruschette, which were perfect, incredible taste of tomato, cheese and herbs. Well risotto was a dissapointment. I found a big piece of cheese inside it and the taste just wasn’t right. Cake was too sweet for me, but it was good.

If it was just for risotto, it would be 2stars, but I ate here before and I know the quality, so 4 stars is what they deserve.

One of the best service experience i ever experienced in Bosnia. Very knowledgeable staff and super attentive. Interior is very beautiful and stylish. They have an amazing selection of wines. The starter plate is great (fantastic selection of cheeses, dry meat and pastes) while the meat (biftek) was too dry for my taste (ordered medium and it was rather well done). Barolo je, bez dileme, jedan od najelegantnijih restorana u kojem sam imao priliku boraviti. Od samog ulaska osjeti se posebna atmosfera – spoj profinjenog uređenja, pažljivo biranih detalja i vrhunske usluge. Idealno mjesto za one koji žele da uživaju u svakom trenutku, bilo da je riječ o poslovnom ručku, posebnoj večeri ili mirnom doručku.

Hrana je preukusna (po mom ukusu) – svaki tanjir izgleda kao umjetničko djelo, a ukusi su savršeno izbalansirani. Steakovi su među najboljima koje sam probao – sočni, savršeno pečeni i bogatog okusa. Doručak je sofisticiran i raznovrstan, piletina i riba uvijek svježe pripremljene, a deserti – posebno kolači – prava su poslastica za sva čula.

(Ako nekome nije – glupo je to i pisati, jer ukusi su različiti. O hrani se ne može loše pisati, može se samo reći da je servirana loše ili da je došla hladna. Neko ko se napatio u životu – za njega ne postoji loše.)

Osoblje je izuzetno profesionalno, diskretno, ali uvijek tu kad treba – s osmijehom, stilom i poštovanjem. Lagana muzika u pozadini dodatno doprinosi ukupnom ugođaju – ne guši, već umiruje.

Barolo je mjesto gdje se hrana ne jede, nego doživljava. Ako tražite spoj vrhunske gastronomije, elegancije i ugodne atmosfere – ne tražite dalje. Preporuka...
