Worst ever experience from server Mpho at Wimpy Palapye. She took her time getting our drinks to us as we watched her serve 3 other customer orders taken after ours. She then served us an extremely salty “salted caramel” milkshake and attempted to brush us off when we complained that it wasn’t up to our liking. Upon asking for a different milkshake she went on to claim that the new milkshake I asked for would be too sweet and went on to go back and forth with me with accusatory statements that insinuated I had no idea what I wanted. Though its situated on a busy highway with lots of travelers, Wimpy management has not seemed to got their act together. After placing your orders, waiters would after a considerable lengthy time come and inform you that certain items on the menu that you ordered are not available. Don't be surprised and upset if they run out of lamb sausages, bacon strips, or fruits. Certain flavours of milkshakes may also not...

Unfortunately the Wimpy menu keeps getting smaller and smaller, and so that which I intended on ordering was no longer available despite still being on the menu - famous Wimpy milkshakes were also out of stock.
