Very impressed with today delivery it didn't took long to arrive and also the lady who called asking me for which drink do I prefer was very calm ,even her voice showed she has good customer service she really made my order and she told me that my order will arrive in less than 20 minutes and guess what exactly the time she said it arrived I was very happy because it's my first time I receive my order on time.On top of that the delivery man was very calm ,lovely and very patient with me as I took long to arrive to the gate, he welcomed me with a great smile and repeated my order to me to confirm if it's what I ordered. I’m afraid I won’t be going back after my last two visits..over the counter service is very poor ..maybe it’s meant to provide service to drive through customers only..my last visit which was yesterday had me waiting around 20mins for 2 soft twirls and a krusher,literally people were served ice creams before me when I’d been waiting for get help..when I asked I was given a very not so yummy very berry krusher which I failed...

They really have improved their taste and speed with service , my perception about them amazingly changed , they get my order right and it's always fresh and hot ...the meat is seasoned well and looks deliciously yummy just by looking at my meal .. it really means they put their heart and soul to their food and business ..
