Times Square — Restaurant in South-East District

The pizzas were good but the delivery was such a pain. I tried making it easy for everyone by offering the name of my hotel and the Google Maps link, but they insisted I provide a block number. Then they provided a different block number to the delivery person! They said it would be delivered in 30 minutes but then it took 90 minutes because of their mistake. It's supposed to be a 5-minute drive, and they were an hour late! Then when the driver got here I opened the gate for him and he wouldn't come to the door, even though he was wearing shoes and I wasn't.

Also note that the alcoholic gelato may be different from what you're expecting. Rather than just flavoring the ice cream with small amounts of alcohol, I think they pour an actual alcoholic beverage on top of it. It's quite strong.

Good and quick service. Friendly staff. The pizzas are tasty but if you feel like something else the options are not great.

Went back there end of April 2023. The service was really bad and waited over an hour and half for 2 pizzas. The waitress tried making excuses about business levels but there was about 15 guests in the restaurant. No manager in site to deal with complaints. The food received was still delicious but will rather opt for the take away option to avoid...

Ordered a delivery. Got a wrong pizza delivered. Ordered a vegetarian option, just to get a very meaty one. When called to complain, was accused of lying, instead of them being apologetic. The most expensive delivery service and worst customer service. Also what we got was not good at all. Pizza with bacon, avocado and feta, had feta and bacon in traces.
