Definitely enjoyed my time here. Went for a day. Fun adventure! Although... a massive truck was stuck in the sand when we were heading in (via dune buggy).. actually got out and tried to help the poor guy out! After, arrived and it was a nice spot. They have two areas including a private area. The regular area I believe is first come first serve. The private area was nice but a bit expensive; I want to say at the current (8/15/18) exchange it was maybe $50 USD. The staff in that area though were great, you had some shade, could lay down and relax and the cots were literally right in front of you. Also, they had a lock drawer at your private spot to put stuff in. IMO, go for the private area if they're available.

Be warned that if you don't pay for the private area, you won't be allowed to set foot in it at all or take pictures. I saw the staff get on people about that. Also, ask for ice separate...

Péssima experiência. Você paga 50,00 pra entrar em um lugar que não tem nada demais comparado a outros gratuitos ou em que se paga valores menores ou iguais, so uma estrutura comum, com tantas barracas legais proximas ao longo do lago. Vc paga so pra ter acesso a uma lagoa que pela legislação é publica. Tudo que vai usar como as áreas q eles chamam de vip que tb sao simples, nao tem nada de luxuoso, paga por fora e é tudo caro no local. Voltei em menos de 10 minutos à portaria e nao quiseram devolver minha entrada e a de repente alem do segurança que ja tinha, apareceu um outro segurança fortao como se quisesse me intimidar. É um lugar cheio de seguranças. Agora eu me pergunto pra que tanta segurança? Ja que as pessoas normalmente querem apenas se divertir e nao querem guerra com ninguém! Segurança é necessária para conter um ou outro que bebeu um pouco mais, ou se desentendeu com outro, mas nao é regra para a maioria das pessoas. Vendo tantas reclamações nas avaliações do google e pelo que aconteceu comigo, fica até mais fácil entender o porquê de tanta segurança. É um estabelecimento que apesar de constar na portaria que possuem exemplar do Código de Defesa do Consumidor nao o cumprem, já que enganam o cliente e quando este vai reclamar o tratam como fui tratada. Me senti mal e com meu direito de consumidor agredido/desrespeitado ja que nao tive, no ato da compra informações importantes para a contratação do serviço. A gerente disse que o rapaz que nos vendeu as entradas nos explicou acerca do que teríamos acesso. Isso nao aconteceu e tb seria humanamente impossível praquele rapaz q estava sozinho na bilheteria passar esse tipo de informação pra todo mundo em razão do grande fluxo de pessoas adentrando o local. Mas um dos seguranças estava lá, forte e intimidador, de bracos cruzados controlando eventuais excessos. Também nao tinha cartazes ou folhetos no local explicando o que o seu ingresso te daria direito. Lamentável!!! Fui em outras barracas na lagoa como a Coelho Paradise que é linda, com barracas de palha que superprotegem do sol, preço justo e tem cerveja 600ml. Esse Alchimyst só tem fama e preços exorbitantes. Nao voltarei e nao indico ainda mais pela forma como fui tratada ao exigir um direito ja que eu nao tinha ficado mais que 10 minutos no local!! ...

Overrated. The photos I saw online are far better than reality. After reading some reviews again, I have just noticed that most of the latest are from local guides, who receive a percentage for taking clients there (they ask the name of your guide at the entrance and restaurant). Another low point was that I forgot a hat at the restaurant and a couple of hours later the manager said nothing had been found (there were a maximum of 10 tables taken at the restaurant when my family had lunch and 4 or 5 waiters walking around and surprisingly nobody found anything). Another problem was the bathroom. There is only one and it's terrible: too small, not clean, far from the restaurant and there's nowhere to change diapers if you have...
