Bake Croissants Intermares — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de João Pessoa

I discovered this by accident on a visit to my dentist, whose office is in the building owned by the chef. While not so much of a bakery as it is almost a pop-up bakery, the quality of the baked goods is superb and unmatched in the area. The bakery only opens 2 days a week (Tuesday & Friday, from 3PM until sold out). Quality will find its customers and on my most recent visit, there was a line of over 30 people a half hour before they were scheduled to open. Chef Cedric makes the best croissants, but he also makes brioche, cookies and other goodies. So get in line and get there before I do, or there may not be anything...

Horas de espera na fila para conseguir fazer um pedido e algumas pessoas pegaram várias senhas horas antes, foram embora, não esperaram como as outras pessoas que ficaram na fila e depois chegaram furando fila. Fiz a reclamação com a gerente do lugar e fui ignorado e mal tratado.

Fazendo um adendo a resposta do proprietário. Já faz algum tempo que fui ao estabelecimento. Não é algo recente, mas só agora resolvi comentar aqui. Inclusive era cliente, mas fiquei decepcionado com o tratamento que recebi e deixei de ir. Não estou mentindo, como você tentou insinuar na resposta, até porque existe reclamação similar e porque não ganho nada com isso. Mandei mensagens citando a minha história em diversos comentários no Instagram da Bake no mesmo dia em que o episódio ocorreu, mas fui no solenemente ignorado, assim como tinha sido ao vivo. Esperava pelo menos uma retratação ou ter minha reclamação ouvida, mas percebi por parte de vcs que não há intenção de reconhecer nada. Percebi a arrogância desde o dia em que fui ignorado e nada mudou.

No mais, passar bem e que vocês sejam prósperos e saibam ouvir os clientes, porque são eles um dos principais motivos do...

Seriously I was disappointed... 3 times I've tried to have a croissant there... Impossible to have... You have to come to queue for hours for a croissant? I am sad that there is no way to be able to reserve one or two... Anyway they might be good but the company is totally unorganized and their success is way over...
