Customer service in Mato Grosso has really gone downhill, and this experience was the worst of them all. This has to be one of the most disappointing customer service interactions I’ve ever had. After waiting an excruciating 30 minutes just to be acknowledged, the attendant finally returned—only to engage in a casual conversation with her coworkers.
