Unfortunately we ordered picanha but we were served a cut with no fat at all (so either not picanha or a very low quality one) and when we pointed it out to the staff, the maitre denied it wasn’t it nor did he apologies for the mistake/bad cut. He simply said it was a low fat picanha (but ours didn’t have any fat at all, zero). We also ordered it medium but were served a quite well done piece of meat. Bill for 3 pax was 500R so very expensive for the quality we got overall… our server on the contrary was really kind and apologised loads but clearly had no power in the situation as we didn’t even get a discount for the above mentioned situation. The atmosphere was pleasant. The space is open and airy, the decor was green and refreshing. The service was quick and friendly, I was surprised how fast they brought the plates. Having said that, the food was totally weak. We ordered 5 or 6 dishes and surprisingly they all had flavor and the most basic of ingredients, salt. pra começo de conversa, no pé da ladeira foi informado que não havia vaga para estacionar, após informar que estávamos com PNE e IDOSO fomos liberados a subir com o carro, tendo aí uma infeliz surpresa de encontrar QUINZE VAGAS (pra quem será que estavam guardando?!)… ao chegar no salão, que tinha ONZE MESAS vazias, fui informado que havia fila de espera e que por política da casa, eram colocadas 3 mesas normais para 1 preferencial. questionei se a lei estava abaixo da norma da casa, eis que a recepcionista chama um suposto maître, sem preparo nenhum que já perguntou “cadê a grávida?”.. precisei primeiro entender onde estava também a grávida, visto que a prioridade se tratava de um PNE e uma IDOSA, após ele me informou que existia uma lei (que não existe!) que estabelecia 3 mesas normais para cada preferencial. moral da história, 15 vagas mas sem vagas.. 11 mesas mas sem mesas.. um maître que não tem postura alguma de maître.. e uma família que nunca mais volta ao...
