Anunciam pelo delivery e mesmo após o pagamento, via pix, eles cancelam e nos deixam sem retorno sobre o reembolso. E após ligar não realizam nenhum explicação, ou uma tentativa de achar algum meio para tranquilizar o cliente.

Acredito que se caso tu não aceite essa forma de pagamento, não deveria em momento algum liberar está opção ao cliente, totalmente...
