Preço na prateleira era um porém ao passar no caixa era outro, ao indagar uma atendente ela simplesmente me disse o Sr olhou na etiqueta, eu disse mas vários produtos na etiqueta é um preço porém existe outra etiqueta indicando valor mas tudo bem, voltei até a prateleira para devolver ela veio atrás de mim sem que eu solicitasse e disse esse aí é esse produto aqui… mesma marca mas de gramatura diferente, porém marcado tão discreto que pouca gente perceberia pois no local que estava a etiqueta com o valor menor só tinha produtos iguais o que eu peguei… coincidência né ? Resumindo me senti constrangido da forma que ela falou comigo, larguei todos produtos e simplesmente sai… poderia criar o maior clima também pois estão induzindo o consumidor ao erro, no mínimo má-fé, mas optei por me retirar e reclamar para outros consumidores ficarem atentos pois eu não paro mais no turmalina nem...
