My family had dinner tonight and the experience did not meet my expectations. I've been to many Brazilian Steakhouses in Brazill and abroad.

Service- took approximately 30 minutes for a server to bring a Coca-Cola to the table. We remind the server at least 4 times during this time.

The manager blamed this mistake by saying "this is just how it is" and alluded to labor shortages. This came off as just a poor excuse. The other drinks, which included mixed alcoholic beverages came rather quickly, so why not a can of Coke?

Food was mostly under salted. Very bland.

Charge for self parking - didn't use valet but still need to park.

Service fee - essentially a gratuity. My table was only 4 people and typically, gratuity is only allowed to ensure an adequate tip is provided for large parties. Tipping is not required in Brazil, so this is not appropriate.
